Imagine picking out the freshest produce from your garden and then whipping up a delicious meal with your spoils. This is no longer just a dream set in Europe or on an episode of Jamie at Home – at least in this new eatery. The Tippling Club's Ryan clift, Spa Esprit's Cynthia Chua and Edible Garden/s Bjorn Low have cultivated a large agricultural plot, formerly a golf driving range, to produce goodies like vine tomatoes, watercress and herbs like fennel and basil. And they're sharing the fruits of their labour at this 60-seat onsite restaurant. Chef Ryan and ODP's head chef Daniele Sperindio take charge at this semi-alfresco casual restaurant, which features the farm-grown veggies on its mod European menu. Enjoy a Pumpkin and Parsley Risotto ($26) with fresh herb dressing, or a Roasted Mangalica Pork Belly ($34) with ginger salad and sautèed bok choy. Finish off with a Lemon Tart ($17) with basil ice cream, or drop by the take away section for some fresh juices. Other fun activities at the farm include lawn bowling.
