In the open-concept kitchen and restaurant, we focus on locally sourced, seasonal and innovative dishes. We curate and host local farmers to showcase their produce to guests to deepen the pleasures of simple, freshly harvested ingredients that are both nourishing and a visual feast.

What We Do

Open Farm Community (OFC) connecting the community to nature. An open-concept restaurant, focusing on locally sourced, seasonal and innovative dishes. A Spa Esprit Group initiative, OFC is spearheading local farming, connecting the community to nature, and celebrating local spirit. Sitting on a 35,000sqft of green-land, OFC unites local farmers, creative chefs and an innovative spirit in a first-of-its-kind dining concept in Singapore.

Our Philosophy

We are an impassioned restaurant hidden from the world in a little urban garden in the big city. Our green premises dine with us, inform and inspire us to do right by each other and the planet. We try our hardest to keep things sustainable here, please do your best to share that drive while you are visiting (and feel free to take it home). We support a large network of local and Southeast Asian organic growers, herders, food fanatics and general busybodies who are in the business of bringing culture back into agriculture. We try to limit single use plastics, recycle vigorously, and do our best to limit wasteful water and electricity usage. We rethink the way we respect ingredients, aspire to throw very little away, and strive to share our passion with our team & our guests. We are inspired by the abundance of nature and do our best to take care of it so that future generations can be as well. Our dearest hope is that people connect to each other over meals at our restaurant. Eat well, live well, and be merry - there is so much to celebrate.

in land-scarce and import-dependent Singapore.

The company encourages growing food at under-utilized spaces like rooftops and sidewalks, and believes that growing food re-connects urbanites to nature, conserves natural resources, and cultivates a sense of community.Edible Gardens City designs, builds and maintains food gardens in tropical urban Singapore, which include restaurants, hotels, schools, residences, and more.The team has more than 15 years of farming, award-winning design and construction experience. The company uses sustainable natural growing methods, resource recycling and waste minimisation.Edible Gardens City believes in the mantra that Beautiful gardens should be productive too.


From farming events to recreational activities, OFC emphasizes on the importance of inspired interpretations of fresh produce, large outdoor recreation spaces that promote balanced living and the education of children and adults alike through farming workshops, events and activities.
