Ever wondered how chocolates are made from bean to bar?
Experience and learn the art of chocolate-making to impress your friends and family this coming festive season! Experts from Lemuel Food will be sharing the entire chocolate-making journey; from a cacao tree in a farm, to cocoa beans and finally to the various craft chocolate-making processes.
In this workshop, you get to sample 6 award-winning single cacao origins (70% dark chocolate) and a specially made chocolate. Enjoy 10% discount on any chocolate made by Lemuel Chocolate too!
About Lemuel Chocolate
Lemuel Chocolate is a bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Singapore. They source and import quality cacao beans from Cacao Farmers and reputable cacao agents around the world. They then manually and carefully sort, roast, crack, winnow and grind them into the individual uniquely delicious chocolate. Finally tempering and moulding them into chocolate bars.

Weird Wonderful Pasar Malam

Kickstart your holiday season with feasting, music and merry-making at our Weird Wonderful Pasar Malam. Enjoy BBQ specialities from Aux Deux Amis - one of the hottest bars and restaurants in Paris, natural wines from Drunken Farmer and drinks from Ding Dong. Tiong Bahru Bakery Safari will also be joining the fun, with operation hours extended until 9pm!
Expect a selection of 30 festive gift stalls specially curated by Sunday Social. Take part in family-friendly craft workshops and even a movie screening by social enterprise 4FUN all while basking in some good ol’ house beats. Kids, dogs and reindeer welcome. The more the merrier.
