For the second series of OFC's Friends of The Farm, Executive Chef Elijah Holland, Botanik's locavorism champion & guest Chef Michael Lewis, of Michelin-Starred La Madernassa, come together to present a 10-course dinner menu alongside our urban farm's wild plants, micro greens and flowers cultivated and harvested for the likes of these events that promote natural, organic and sustainability in the dining room.
